The knob that you tighten for the brush to stay mounted is constantly working itself loose. So, I'm having to tighten the knob more than I care too in order to keep the brush mounted properly.
great product - aluminum is always better than plastic !!!!
My wife is unable to brush her own teeth and requires my assistance. The smaller Proxabrushes I had found in the grocery store were difficult to use on someone else. The Proxabrush handle is just the thing to reach into her mouth and the 90 degree brush angle helps greatly.
Larger diameter handle would be nice.
I've been using one of these metal handles for years and couldn't be more pleased with it. My dentist recently gave me a plastic one that's nowhere near as easy to use. It doesn't do as good a job either.
