After about 4 weeks, water got inside the battery compartment. Either that or the battery leaked and died. This is very dangerous. I like the design and like the suction cup but the quality leaves much to be desired. I wish I can be refunded considering I paid well over what I would've paid for a typical toothbrush.
I sent the power brush (and flavored tooth pastes)to my six-year old granddaughter. She loved it. She said she just stands there and smiles and the brush does all the work.
Love this brush, but batteries died after 1.5 weeks and we haven't been able to replace the battery.
I Brought the Crayola G.U.M toothbrush thinking you can replace the battery but I was told that you cannot replace the battery and I would have to purchase another one. That is very disappointing because it was a fun thing for my son and i to do together. I won't be replacing or rebuying this toothbrush ever again??
This toothbrush gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it is cute, but it has two fatal flaws. First: it has very poor battery life due to the use of AAA batteries rather than AA. You will need to replace the batteries every 2-3 weeks. Second, when it comes time to replace the batteries, it is a big hassle due to the tiny screw that holds the battery barrel in place.
